7. HOW AND WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

7.1 Our store is hosted on WordPress. WooCommerce provides the online e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services to you. You may view WooCommerce’s privacy policy here.

7.2 Our Website uses WooCommerce’s automatic payment gateway, which is an application that securely requests information from customers and relays it to a third party payment processing service, eg a credit card processor or PayPal.

7.3 By design, our customer’s credit card number and security code are never stored on Our Website. The payment gateway gives this information directly to the payment processor. WooCommerce’s payment gateway plugins ensure credit card data never enters or passes through Our Website’s database. Original Fibres does not store customers’ credit card information.

7.4 We may transfer your limited personal data such as name and e-mail address to Mailchimp for the purposes of generating highly relevant marketing e-mails and other communications via Instagram and Facebook. Mailchimp’s system is integrated with WooCommerce and therefore Mailchimp may receive your personal information from us as well as from WooCommerce. You may view Mailchimp’s privacy policy here.

7.5 Original Fibres only keeps your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
